Digital Marketing Specialist

With the digital marketing world changing so quickly, Trifecta is looking for a polished account manager who can help our clients take their digital marketing campaigns to the next level in terms of leads and sales. The ideal team member is an excellent communication and has a solid understanding of Google and Facebook Ad management, lead generation and conversion funnels, project management, and client service. This individual has an innate curiosity for keeping up with the trends on Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads and Analytics in order to maximize ad campaign budgets for key clients and the agency.

Education & Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience
  • Basic B2B/ B2C marketing or sales experience
  • Bilingual and proficient in Spanish and English (preferred, but not required.)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Some agency experience, managing client relationships is preferred.
  • Able to work efficiently, multi-tasking and managing schedules with little to no direction
  • Must be willing to travel when necessary.
  • Experience working in or managing eCommerce is a plus.
  • Comfortable working online, collaborating with remote team members here in the U.S. or from around the world
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress, Hubspot, HTML5 & CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Bachelors in Marketing or Mass Communications

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor multiple ad accounts for clients and report back how each is maximizing on approved budget
  • Take detailed notes on campaign bidding strategies and monitor daily performance
  • Lead webinars, strategy and brainstorming sessions with high profile executives
  • Sell video production and social media marketing packages to clients on our agent network
  • Efficiently onboard new clients via proper follow up and scheduled consultations
  • Implement content marketing tactics to support digital marketing campaigns
  • Build landing pages and customize templates for increased ad performance
  • Know how to manage sales funnels and effectively drive lead generation
  • Take diligent notes and keeping track of tasks to start and close marketing projects in a timely manner
  • Start new online marketing projects and lead them to a close with little to no direction
  • Analyze campaign and ad performance via A/B testing
  • Serve as an advisor to client about everything digital, always offering the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and more
